Sales terms:
All terms are subject to change without notice.
Merchandise returned for refund:
- All products are covered by a 30 day
money back guarantee, less any shipping and handling charges.
- Returned items must be in near new
condition, any abuse, heavy wear, tampering, missing parts, etc. will be
subject a restock fee of 15% to 40% depending on severity of damage or
wear to the item.
- Refund policy DOES NOT apply to purchases made
from other resellers, even if the item was shipped from MobileBlackBox.com. We
only offer refunds on purchases made from MobileBlackBox.com website.
- Buyer is responsible for paying any return
shipping costs. All COD and freight collect shipments will be refused.
- Buyer must request RMA within 30 day of
receipt of the product. All RMA issued units must be used within 10 days of
issue, all RMAs are void after 10 days of issue.
- Any return shipping/insurance
fees are non-refundable.
- Return RMAs must be requested by
the buyer within the specified time stated above.
- Buyer
must contact
support for an RMA number to be issued prior to returning any product for
repair/replacement/refund.
- When returning an item for
refund, buyer must include all items in resalable condition including: All
hardware, all product packaging material, manual(s), cable(s), free bonus gift
items, etc.
Warranty:
- All products are covered by
a 90 day warranty against manufacturing defects.
- Anyone interfacing any
of our products to their own equipment and causing any failure of any device
does so at their own risk. If you are unsure please contact
support.
- Product warranty will be void if
product has been opened, tampered with, altered, modified, water damaged
or abused in any way.
- If an item is returned for
warranty service and found to be non-defective, a $10.00 fee will be charged for
diagnostic service and return shipping. The fee must be paid by the buyer prior
to return shipping of the unit.
- The buyer is responsible for
checking available local frequencies, environmental conditions and local regulations for compliance prior to purchasing a Mobile Black Box FM transmitter product.
- MobileBlackBox.com or its parent
company are not responsible for illegal use(s) of the products purchased
by anyone.
Merchandise returned for warranty
service:
- Merchandise returned for service/repair must be
given an RMA number, please email
technical support
for your RMA number.
- Any merchandise received by
MobileBlackBox.com without proper RMA number printed on the outside of the box
will be refused.
- Any charges incurred by
MobileBlackBox.com such as the buyer sending a non-authorized repair or return
will be billed back to the buyer. There are certain guidelines for returning
goods and we must verify these with you as not to incur extra charges.
- Any abuse of the product by the
buyer such as: water damage, product tampering, modifying, etc. are NOT covered
by the warranty and will void the product warranty.
- Repaired/serviced goods are shipped back
to the buyer free of charge but the buyer is responsible for the charges to send
the product to us for repair. Please send warranty/return item back to us using
a delivery confirmation signature service or insurance service .
MobileBlackBox.com will NOT be held responsible for items lost or damaged during
shipping transit.
- If an item is returned for
warranty service and found to be non-defective a $10.00 return shipping fee
would be charged to you (the buyer) and must be paid before item is returned to
back to you.
Out of stock items:
- If an item ordered becomes temporarily
out of stock (7 or more days) or becomes discontinued, a similar or
better item will be shipped in place of the item ordered or a refund is
issued.
Bonus items:
- MobileBlackBox.com will offer bonus gift
products/accessories with the purchase of certain products. These bonus items
can vary and are subject to change without notice.
Resellers:
- We are not responsible for the
action of our resellers, if you've experienced problems dealing with a authorized
reseller please
email us and let us know about the problem you are having and we will try to assist you
in resolving the matter.
Shipping:
- All items are shipped within 24-72 hours
of order, unless unforeseen matters arise.
- Pre-ordered items will be shipped on or
about the estimated shipping date shown in the product description page.
Pre-order item shipping dates are subject to change, all changes will be
updated on the product description page or contact sales department for
updates.
Insurance:
- Packages sent to USA
destination will be via USPS non-insured with signature confirmation service.
- Packages sent to foreign
countries (outside of U.S.A.) are NOT insured and are NOT traceable.
International buyer may purchase the optional insurance (US$9.00) to
protect against loss or damage. The insurance fee may, in some cases, include
shipping upgrade.
- MobileBlackBox.com is NOT
responsible for non-insured lost or damaged items shipped internationally.
Failure to any users equipment:
- MobileBlackBox.com will not be
held responsible for any damage caused to your equipment. MobileBlackBox.com can
NOT be held responsible for any misuse or illegal use of any device or product.
Regulatory compliance:
- MobileBlackBox.com does not advertise
it's products as FCC compliant or approved. All products are sold or
experimental or hobby purposes.
- User is responsible for checking
local laws/regulation and to make sure product purchased complies with
particular usage. Otherwise, they should not proceed with purchase
and/or return product already purchased within 30 days for a full
refund, less S&H charge.

company are not responsible for illegal use(s) of its products purchased
by anyone.
